Since 1966, E.A. Fischione Instruments, Inc. (Fischione), has become a world leader in electron microscopy accessories. Fischione's products are developed and marketed with an emphasis on innovative design, high-precision manufacturing and a willingness to serve special needs.

The Twin-Jet Electropolisher is the industry standard for the electrolytic thinning of Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM) specimens. The Model 170 Ultrasonic Disk Cutter rapidly produces TEM specimen disks. The Model 200 Dimpling Grinder mechanically thins TEM specimens from ceramic and semiconductor materials.

The Model 1010 Ion Mill provides the final preparation technique for materials science specimens. The Model 1020 Plasma Cleaner removes specimen contamination. The Model 1030 ASaP prepares SEM specimens. The Model 1040 NanoMill incorporates an ultra-low-energy focused ion beam to prepare today’s advanced materials. The Model 3000 ADF detector allows high-resolution imaging and the Model 2020 Advanced Tomography Holder affords 3D TEM information.
