1. Server maintenance-MS 2003/2008, some Linux, some MAC
2. Active Directory/Exchange-2007/2010
3. Blade Architecture IBM/Dell
4. VM Ware and/or Hyper V
5. Symantec
6. Sql Server 2005/2008
Plusses:
1. MCSE Certification
2. Scripting expertise (Shell or VB Script)
3. BS degree (not required if experience is present)
