* 3+ Years of ASP.Net and C# development experience
* Experience with SQL, SQL Server 2005/2008
* Experience in design, development and testing application or web-based systems
* Great to haves: Crystal Report, Cold Fusion, BizTalk, Javascript, SQL Reporting Tools, etc.
* Excellent communication skills and a great developer!
