Job Overview

iCarnegie,Inc. is currently seeking a competent, highly motivated, and organized Administrative Assistant / Operations Administrator to perform the following functions:

  • Support CEO in preparations for meetings, presentations and various functions
  • Manage registrations and calendars
  • Organize all travel arrangements and collect expense reports for  employees
  • Greet clients or guests
  • Organize Office, filing and supplies  
  • Organize working lunches, provide general meeting support and note taking
  • assist staff with benefits changes or enrollment

The qualified candidate will be highly organized, display impeccable judgment, a good sense of urgency, and maintain a commitment to excellence and high standards. Strong interpersonal skills are a must.

PREREQUISITES:

  • Undergraduate degree from reputable university or college
  • 4 OR MORE YEARS OF RELEVANT working experience with a professional service firm or financial service firm
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly detailed-oriented and organized, and able to juggle multiple work streams
  • Versatile, flexible, and willing to work within constantly changing priorities and periodically heavy workloads
  • Impeccable tact and sensitivity to confidential information
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc…)
  • Strong computer and research skills
