Job Overview
iCarnegie,Inc. is currently seeking a competent, highly motivated, and organized Administrative Assistant / Operations Administrator to perform the following functions:
- Support CEO in preparations for meetings, presentations and various functions
- Manage registrations and calendars
- Organize all travel arrangements and collect expense reports for employees
- Greet clients or guests
- Organize Office, filing and supplies
- Organize working lunches, provide general meeting support and note taking
- assist staff with benefits changes or enrollment
The qualified candidate will be highly organized, display impeccable judgment, a good sense of urgency, and maintain a commitment to excellence and high standards. Strong interpersonal skills are a must.
PREREQUISITES:
- Undergraduate degree from reputable university or college
- 4 OR MORE YEARS OF RELEVANT working experience with a professional service firm or financial service firm
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly detailed-oriented and organized, and able to juggle multiple work streams
- Versatile, flexible, and willing to work within constantly changing priorities and periodically heavy workloads
- Impeccable tact and sensitivity to confidential information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc…)
- Strong computer and research skills
