The Department of SVC HS Information Technology is seeking a qualified UX/Reporting Designer and Trainer to design user interfaces for applications, and develop reports, dashboards, and analyses on our business intelligence platform. Further responsibilities involve training end users in the use of the business intelligence artifacts as developed.
Key responsibilities include interpreting business requirements and requests from the Health Sciences (HS) Offices, collaboratively designing wireframes to enhance user experience, and developing, testing and training in the use of business intelligence artifacts created.
The incumbent will work in a highly collaborative environment with end users, business analysts, developers and data analysts to successfully carry out these duties.

Knowledge of object oriented analysis and design, UMLnotation is required.Experience with data warehousing, business intelligence required. Exposure to OBIEE and Tableau recommended.UI/UX/reporting layout design experience required. Scripting inSQL, understanding of RDBMS concepts, required. Candidate must be able to write and troubleshootSQL statements. Exposure to Oracle databases recommended.The ability to work on teams, collect requirements and verify analysis and design, and build consensus and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders is a must.Bachelor's degree in computer science, information science or other related field preferred. Equivalent experience and industry certifications may be considered.
