SUMMARY Multi-national High Technology Company needs an administrative support person for the company headquarters in Warrendale, PA. This person will primary support the VP of Operations and the Director of Information Technology, and their departments.
Full time weekly work schedule of Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Pay rate around $20.00 an hour.
POSITION Responsibilities include: • Schedule meetings and events • Coordinate international travel • Gather information and submit expense reports for travel • Submit IT purchase orders • Rotate into the receptionist role. Answer phones; answer door, and greet and sign in visitors • Administrative work • Covering work of other administrative staff when they are absent
REQUIREMENTS • Administrative experience. Experience creating purchase orders, or making travel arrangements, or creating expense reports would be helpful, but is not required. • Ability to work in fast paced environment and adapt to change • Self-starter • Pleasant and professional • A team player • Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills • Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
