We currently have an opening for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
• Analyze industry, technology and market trends to introduce art-of-the-possible SAP capabilities to the enterprise • Act as a systems engineer for the SAP application/solution architecture, optimizing application landscape fit to emerging business need. • Introduce industry relevant best practices & act as trusted advisor to executive team regarding enterprise value improvement opportunities • Viewed internally and externally as a functional expert and critical talent in maximizing leverage of IT assets • Act as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor, and change agent

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job required • Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) preferred • 10+ years progressive managing functional analysis, design, configuration and project management in other functional areas experience required • 5+ years in a leadership role (direct or indirect) • A minimum of 2 years experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution • Experience with other CRM software is desired • Office 365 experience is a plus • Prior managerial/supervisory experience • Periodic travel is required, including the potential for international travel • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment. • Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting • Prior experience in manufacturing industry is required • Extensive knowledge of IT governance, operations, security practices, and audit compliance.
