This exciting opportunity is in a high growth environment where you will utilize your accounting experience to carry out the client tax reporting/payroll process and to ensure accurate reporting to client payroll.

Review all transferee data to ensure proper tax treatment
Prepare and send Wage Request and Payroll Reports on time
Confirm accuracy of all data in client reporting
Reconcile all data with client payroll each reporting period
Process year-end updates for all clients, and provide accurate Relocation Tax Reports to all transferres
Required: High School Diploma or GED
Preferred: 4 year degree in Accounting or Finance with one year of experience OR 2 year degree plus two year experience in financial analysis/internal audit/accounting/payroll. Relevant internship experience will be considered and highly desirable.
Experience with accounting software processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, quality and accuracy
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities
Computer skills: MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Team oriented mindset, with a strong sense of care and urgency
