As an Inside Sales Representative, your role is fundamental to our sales process. You will engage prospects across the retail and brand industry worldwide. You will own top-funnel activity across First Insight Feed sales funnel with qualified leads translating to closeable revenue Provide retail and brand businesses the opportunity to learn how First Insight’s solution could further benefit their bottom line by setting meetings with their decision makers Qualify new prospects. Help prospects understand the financial impact First Insight can have on their business. Lead top-funnel sales cycles Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Account Management to develop processes that will lead to more engagements with new prospects and higher conversion of prospects to qualified leads
As an Inside Sales Representative at First Insight, you will:
Play an integral role in a rapidly growing company, have the chance to move up with the organization, and leverage sales and demand generation training methods to establish a career within a growing, dynamic industry Develop an understanding of the customers’ marketplace dynamics, business strategies and priorities, and business drivers and key metrics Showcase how our solutions and capabilities enable the customers’ attainment of their goals and fit their priorities Translate concepts into specifics about the customer’s business and communicate those in terms important to the customer
Specific accountabilities include:
Create and Implement strategies/campaigns around lead generation, particularly leveraging email. Find what resonates with companies in the retail industry Work with First Insight C-Suite and VPs to generate new lead generation campaigns. Act as a repository for prospect data Leverage existing customer partnerships and other marketing materials to generate new leads Prospect and qualify new leads, owning and delivering on a quota for lead generation. Leverage Marketing and other functions to develop specialized campaigns around thought leadership and lead generation Become a subject matter expert who can utilize his/her knowledge to drive demand generation and achieve sales objectives
· Bachelor’s degree
· Some experience in cold calling/e-mail prospecting preferred, ideally in the retail or software industry
· Strong business writing skills; ability to write concise, effective communications
· Comfortable interacting at the C-Level in large organizations
· Experience with business software tools including Salesforce and HubSpot preferred
· Experience in selling solutions in emerging markets is a plus
· Retail experience is a plus
· Authorized to work in the USA
· Located in the Pittsburgh area. Relocation is not provided.
· Inside Sales Representatives enjoy a competitive base salary as well as a strong incentive-based commission structure
