SUMMARY A National Distribution Company requires a strong administrative support person for Operations Department at the Saxonburg, PA headquarters. This person will provide administrative support to the Director of Operations, district managers and to divisional and branch locations. This person will help to support the day to day running of company locations across the country. We are looking for someone who loves to organize information for themselves and others. This person thrives on in a fast paced environment, and knows how to prioritize their work.
POSITION Responsibilities include: • Communication on behalf of the operations department both internally and externally • Compiling and maintaining data. Creating reports for management (including Excel) • Getting pricing for equipment, supplies and services for company locations. Requesting quotes. Creating purchase orders and placing with vendors. Checking and approving invoices for payment • Obtaining licenses and permits for company locations • Maintain information, and order preventative maintenance for equipment • Respond to maintenance requests from company locations. • Tracking inspections and audits. Retain and update audit information for locations
This is a full time position with a Monday - Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm work schedule. The position pays $17.00 an hour to start. Strong benefits package. Direct hire position.
REQUIREMENTS • Strong administrative experience with excellent coordination skills • Ability to provide support to a team of managers at all levels • Strong organization and time management skills • Strong Microsoft Excel skills • Strong attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
