We are currently working with a highly technical Butler County manufacturer with over 90 years in business to identify an HR Generalist. Reporting to an HR Manager, the HR Generalist will work collaboratively with the HR Manager and be groomed to hopefully ascend into the HR Manager’s role in a few years when that person retires.
This is a direct hire opportunity offering a Monday – Friday daylight schedule and full benefits package.
POSITION The HR Generalist will assist in administering the following programs in support of the HR function, supporting approximately 160 employees.
• Benefits administration • Recruiting • Employee orientations • Employee services • Company policies and procedures • Record Maintenance • Training Coordination
REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s degree, in Human Resources or Business Administration preferably • 4+ years experience in a similar role • Must have benefits administration and / or recruiting experience • Experience using HR software required • Strong MS Office skills • Detail oriented with a high attention for accuracy and ability to work independently • Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
