SUMMARY We are looking for a tech savvy Administrative Coordinator who can coordinate the flow of information from company salespeople to vendors. This local distributor has a small office in Butler, with most of the employees being out in the field.
Full time weekly work schedule of Monday-Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. Pay rate in the $15.00 - $20.00 range. Benefits are offered.
POSITION Responsibilities include: • Downloading real time data from 6 salespeople in the field who are using iPads and iPhones to communicate. Applying information from these devises to inventory and vendor orders. Running reports for the manager • Will need Desktop Publishing skills to make basic flyers and brochures, from a description from the manager • Will store documents and create files in Goggle Drive • Will review vendor agreements for accuracy and learn to edit them • Will create and manipulate reports in Excel
REQUIREMENTS • Needs to have strong technical skills including knowledge of: advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas etc.); Google Drive, Desktop Publishing, iPad and iPhone and ability to navigate in Access driven databases • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Analytical and problem solving skills • Ability to work independently on multiple projects • Very detailed oriented • Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
