The Managed Services representative assists customers by providing prompt, professional, and industry-leading managed services. The ability to effectively work in a fast-paced environment while simultaneously handling multiple job functions is a must. The Managed Services representative must be highly motivated and willing to tackle technical issues in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsible for administering Wombat’s Cyber Security Education and Assessments for our customers. Managed Services representatives work with customers to plan their annual Security Training and Assessment program. They assist in developing strategy, implementing the program, communicating the program to critical stakeholders within the customer organization, rolling out the assessment campaigns and training assignments and sending status reports.
Must have the ability to handle low to mid-level technical issues as they pertain to Wombat Security software. Managed Services representatives are expected to accurately diagnose and resolve these issues independently.
Handle a Managed Services account load and keep an updated status for each of the Managed Services customers in Salesforce. Must also provide detailed updates for customer interactions and planning sessions.
Ability to train on the job through collaboration with others in the Customer Support team.
BS in Computer Sciences or Information Technology
Excellent written and oral communications skills are mandatory, as is a solid understanding of SaaS
Demonstrated ability to develop technical skills
Strong interpersonal and customer management skills
Excellent time management skills.
Experience with HTML
Excellent Excel skills
SAML SSO implementations a plus
