Resolving customer help desk queries from simple questions such as inventory checks or order status requests to technical questions which require knowledge of cellular devices to troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
Interpreting, researching and resolving customer cell phone questions and problems and responding in a timely, professional manner.
Building and maintaining quality relations with customers through excellent service.
Processing customer orders, returns, change requests, etc.
Other duties as assigned.
