These products help seniors residing in these communities engage with their communities and with each other, which helps them feel a sense of belonging.
We have recently launched a new generation of products, and are looking for an Account Executive to 1) sell our industry-leading product line to senior living communities nationwide, and 2) sell additional products to our large existing customer base.
Job Summary: As a Senior Account Executive you will be part of Touchtown’s small but vibrant sales team, and shall be an important contributor to the success of the company. This is an in-office position based in Oakmont, PA (just outside of Pittsburgh). We do not have any opportunities for remote positions at this time. This is primarily a web-based sales opportunity, where you will be responsible for developing relationships and closing business over the phone, with occasional opportunities to visit clients face-to-face when the situation requires. You will have responsibility for several US States and a number of key accounts within which you can sell. You will be responsible for providing sales growth by hunting/closing new business and nurturing existing accounts. In this sales role, you will have a unique opportunity to develop and strengthen new technical, competitive and sales skills by selling a cutting-edge technology platform to the ever-growing Senior Living industry.
Essential Job Functions:
Identifying, nurturing and closing sales opportunities primarily from the “inside” using communications over the phone, email, web-based presentations and other online platforms
Source new business opportunities through marketing lead follow-up in addition to independent prospecting to targeted lists
Provide weekly updates of opportunity statuses
Work with internal team members on strategies to help close business
Stay up to date on changes in the Senior Living industry and technology space
Stay apprised of internal product changes and be able to communicate them effectively to new and existing customers
Other duties as assigned
10-15% travel. Remainder of time will be in-office at our headquarters in Oakmont, PA (just outside of Pittsburgh).
5+ years of sales experience with demonstrated ability to execute prospecting strategies for establishing and growing accounts
Ability and desire to develop relationships and close business over the phone
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills
Effective time-management and organizational skills
Warm and friendly personality
Demonstrated high energy and a drive for results
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Willingness to be flexible with schedule to meet the demands of customers
Occasional overnight travel may be required
Successful experience selling technology/software solutions over the phone
Experience selling in the Senior Living industry
Proven sales track record
