Duties and Responsibilities:
Continuously prospect for new business on a daily basis
Closely work with the CEO to develop and close new business
Learn the tools and the processes that have made our team successful
Establish and achieve the metrics established in your “cookbook”
Grow the company in a moral, legal, ethical, & right way
Track all sales data
Leverage existing customer partnerships and other marketing materials to generate new opportunities
Prospect and qualify new leads, owning and delivering on a quota for lead generation.
Become a subject matter expert and utilize your knowledge to drive demand generation and achieve sales objectives
Become an expert in solving problems leveraging technology
Other duties as assigned - whatever it takes!
Experience in cold calling/email prospecting, networking events, tradeshows, social selling & other business development/lead generation activities, ideally in the software industry
Strong business writing skills; ability to write concise, effective communications
Comfortable interacting at the C-Level of various sized organizations
Experience with business software tools including Salesforce and HubSpot
Experience in selling solutions in emerging markets is a plus
Ability to quickly connect with people and create an environment of trust at a peer level
Ability to resist stalls & objectives
Demonstrated experience calling and generating interest from C-level executives
Appointment setting skills
The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals

Use a consultative sales approach
Knowledge of software, web, mobile product space
Own the entire sales cycle
B2B Sales: 2+ years
Bachelors, ideally marketing or sales
Selling to manufacturing industry a plus
Experience developing partner relationships to directly drive sales a plus
Telecommuting is allowed.
