SUMMARY We are looking for someone with a strong customer service background who wants to help run a real estate office in Butler, PA. This company owns around 500 units of residential rental property in the city and township. Most of the units are apartment buildings within a 10/15 minute drive of the office. This person will partner with an existing leasing consultant; get assistance from a part time administrative assistant and a maintenance team.
POSITION Responsibilities include: • Responding to inquiries for rentals and giving out information to prospective tenants • Identify the right property for the prospective tenant • Scheduling appointments to show the units • Assisting applicants with paperwork and submitting for processing • Scheduling move in dates and checking on new tenants • Responding to issues and maintenance requests from existing tenants • Keeping an accurate inventory of open units; making sure they are ready for rental • Placing work orders with the maintenance crew to prepare units for rental • Sending details of open units for advertising purposes
This is a full time career opportunity. This person can expect to work primarily a Monday - Friday daylight schedule; with the odd appointment to show a rental in the evenings or on the weekend. This person will make their own schedule.
Hourly pay rate, plus incentives based on performance and benefits are offered.
