ORGANIZATION This is the corporate office of an international custom manufacturer in Cranberry Township. We need to add someone to the team who will provide general administrative and accounting support. This person should have at least two years of general accounting experience (like payables or receivables). Be prepared to do general office work and gradually move into more accounting work. We are looking for someone who could develop into an office manager long-term.
POSITION Responsibilities include: • Answering phones: assisting vendors and clients • Assist with accounts payable and receivable • Make travel arrangements • Organize, update and maintain information and documents in the database • Order office supplies • Learn new tasks and grow in responsibilities
Full time position, work schedule is Monday – Friday daylight hours. Pay rate depending on level of experience and skills. Benefits are offered.
REQUIREMENTS • Requires office experience, with at least two years of accounting experience • Excellent communication and phone skills • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Needs to be able to learn accounting software • Attention to detail • Highly organized and able to prioritize own work • Friendly and team oriented • Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
