An established logistics company, located near Warrendale, PA, is seeking a part-time Office Assistant.
Provide administrative support to all areas of the company, specifically to the Finance Department
Document scanning and assignment
Request paperwork such as proof of deliveries and bill of ladings from vendors
Assist with office inventory and restocking items in common areas
Data entry within the Company’s transportation management system to include vendor packets
Sending vendor ACH remittances
Respond to vendor aging requests via email
HS Diploma and a minimum of 2 years of experience working in an administrative or clerical role within an office environment required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Must possess a high attention to detail and have the ability to multi-task
The ability to obtain through training a general working knowledge of technologies related to Third Party Logistics (3PL), as well as general office administration related technologies
The ability to do routine business mathematical calculations
Must be able to communicate both written and verbally with customers, vendors and various levels within the organization
Suggested Hours: Mondays and Thursday, 12:00pm-5:00pm (can be flexible; 10-15 hours per week)
Additional Salary Information: Pay rate depends on experience
