Hit the ground running
Take a lead role on projects
Generate design solutions from concept to completion
Bring strong design, conceptual, and typography skills to a wide variety of projects simultaneously
Manage projects and resources within the timeline and budget
Communicate directly with clients and present creative concepts
Design for print and interactive projects
Art direct photo and video shoots
Motivate, inspire and mentor a team of graphic designers
Work in a team environment
Work directly with Creative Director and Chief Creative Officer to concept ideas, & campaigns
This person needs to be extremely passionate about design. Attitude is everything. We’re looking for an individual with diverse client work including retail, consumer goods, corporate, medical and specifically industrial experience. You’ll work on retail displays, new brand development, new brand identity, packaging, brochures, tradeshows, websites, integrated campaigns, interactive pieces, videos, tv, social media campaigns and more. This position requires the ability to manage multiple projects and shift focus quickly. Responsibilities and Required Skills
Can concept and design for print and interactive projects
Is able to assist in managing workflow to ensure that all project deadlines are met
Can be a positive role model within the creative team
Has the ability to understand the latest trends of the products and services of assigned accounts
Shows strong interpersonal, team, and leadership skills
Has strong presentation skills in front of internal and client audiences
Demonstrates initiative and has a strong passion for design and communications
Has the ability to listen and understand the big picture goals of the project
Has the ability to think through concepts, create storyboards and motion graphics, art direct photo shoots and editing/production of videos
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, or related field
A portfolio full of outstanding work, including integrated campaigns.
6-8 years experience with at least 4 years preferred in an agency environment
Mac platform knowledge with software expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud Software. Web experience and knowledge of CSS3/HTML5 being a definite bonus.
