SUMMARY We are looking for an energetic support person who can provide Customer Service, Marketing and Administrative support to a real estate office. This person will assist with the leasing of townhomes and apartment units in the Shadyside, Pittsburgh area. These range from historic properties to new construction; from single properties to small complexes and apartment buildings. The office is located in Shadyside, and this person will need to travel to the units (which are close together), in the Shadyside area when needed.
This is a well-established friendly small company that has an excellent reputation for retaining happy employees. They pride themselves on preserving and developing healthy communities, well maintained properties and happy tenants.
The work schedule is typically Monday - Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. During the busy season, roughly April - July, this person will work on a Saturday and take a day off during the week.
This is a direct hire opportunity, offering a salary, plus bonus and an above average benefit package.
POSITION Responsibilities include: • Greeting, assisting and qualifying visitors and callers; returning calls to prospect tenants; scheduling appointments. Explaining processes, policies and rates • Tracking the number of prospects and how they found out about the property • Showing units and assisting applicants with paperwork • Processing applications and verifying information • Keeping an accurate inventory of open units • Processing work orders to make sure units are ready to rent • Maintaining a supply of marketing brochures and tenant application packets • Assisting with and tracking marketing initiatives including resident events. Conducting marketing surveys to see what advertising and promotions are working. Sending out advertising materials and developing contacts • Orienting new residents and making them feel welcome. Following up with residents to monitor satisfaction
