Reporting to the General Manager, the successful incumbent of this position will be very hands on in nature with a “doer” mentality. The Product & Process Metallurgist will provide technical support for all phases of the Company’s operations, including but not limited to refractories, melting, teeming, thermal handling, and cutting of ingots.

BASE REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor of Science in Metallurgy or Material Science. • Minimum of 2+ years of applicable experience in a steelmaking environment. • Bottom pouring experience is nice to have but not required. • Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.
