Our Client is seeking a Workforce and Vendor Manager in the Pittsburgh, PA area. The successful candidate will own a management of an over 200-person workforce and help develop the resource plans and development strategies key to driving and optimizing the organization.
Additional responsibilities include:
Work directly with internal Talent Management recruiting group to find, attract and recruit new additions
Be responsible for skill set analysis and talent development
Manage existing Vendor relationships as well as assisting in bringing in new vendors
Manage contracts, software licenses, and invoices
To succeed in this role you will need the following:
10 + years of experience in Workforce and Vendor Management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience creating basic financial reports within Excel
Experience using corporate systems for purposes of managing job requisitions, vendor contracts, and capital spend
