We are looking to hire an Account Manager/Senior Account Manager – more farmer than hunter. 15-20 accounts – high mid and Enterprise clients. Base: $70K plus bonus/commission based on team and individual objectives. All benefits 100% paid by company including dental, eyecare, healthcare, short/long term disability Healthcare for family, dental and eyecare 100% paid (total deductible is $2,500). Healthcare is UPMC 3% match on 401K (if employee contributes 6%) Needs to be able to talk/meet with C-Levels, although most of contact is with senior managers, managers, and engineers. Sales of solutions – equipment, software, other services and maintenance contracts. Relationships need to be maintained with manufacturers. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE. Working relationship with Cisco helpful.
Ability to attend events during off-hours 2-3 times a month (max) is required.

If the company does well, everyone does well. Individuals do have specific goals and objectives that do affect some part of bonus. Top end of total compensation (not including benefits) is $125K - 130K if all team and individual goals and objectives met.
