Manufacturer in Butler, PA is in need of an HR Receptionist / Office Assistant to oversee all activities related to the front desk and reception area, as well as, providing administrative support to their busy HR department.
This is a full-time, long term temporary assignment. Pay is $14.00 - $15.00/hr. depending on experience. Working hours are from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
POSITION Responsibilities include: • Responsible for all activities related to the front desk and reception areas • Assist all departments with daily activities relating to this area; greeting visitors, directing calls, answering general questions, etc. • Support Human Resources department as needed; phone work, copies, data entry, reporting, personnel files • Provide administrative support for company Safety program and initiatives
REQUIREMENTS • 1-2 years of office experience • Excellent communication and phone skills • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel • Attention to detail; strong data entry skills • Friendly and team oriented • Able to multi-task • Must keep information confidential • Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
