We are hiring a full-time Finance Administrative Assistant. This position is located in McMurray, PA. The ideal candidate will have experience performing a wide range of administrative and office support activities. This position will support the finance team . The ideal candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent working knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook) skills and data entry skills. This is a full time position Monday – Thursday 8:30 – 5:30 and Friday 8:30 – 5:00.
Responsible for answering and directing all incoming calls
Responsible for greeting all visitors, both scheduled and unscheduled
Prepare and modify documents including resumes and e-mail
Assist leadership with project oriented work
Maintain office supply inventories and assist with ordering
One or more years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, required
Must have superior knowledge and experience with MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook).
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, required
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, required
Associates Degree preferred
