High school diploma required; Business school graduate or college degree preferred
Three years administrative experience required
Financial industry and mutual fund industry experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required; Experience with Power Point and Access preferred
Provides support for the Sales Distribution and Service Compliance Group
General administrative functions to include the preparation of expense reports; scheduling appointments; making travel arrangements; distribution of mail; ordering of office supplies; prepare seminar/conference registrations; coordinate divisional/departmental meetings, projects, training requirements and other projects.
Uses various PC software packages such as Excel spreadsheets, word processing, graphics, etc., to produce high quality reports, presentations, or other documents.
Anticipates ways in which executive time may be saved.
Anticipates and prepares materials needed by management for conferences, correspondence, appointments, meetings, telephone calls, etc.
Assists in management details, usually of a confidential nature.
Receives and responds to routine correspondence following established procedures not requiring management review.
Collects, compiles and analyzes moderately complex data and information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials.
Prepares special or one time reports, summarizes, or replies to inquiries, selecting relevant information from a variety of sources.
Performs other specific secretarial and administrative duties as assigned by the unit, department or division.
