ORGANIZATION Manufacturer located in Saxonburg requires an office support person for the customer service/sales department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to get into a career position in a thriving growing business. The ideal candidate will have some college education, good Word and Excel skills, strong communication skills, and 2-3 years of experience of customer service experience.
POSITION Responsibilities include: • Writing up and entering sales orders from email • Processing requests for changes to delivery dates and orders • Tracking the order through the plant • Answering questions from customers, dealers and sales reps regarding parts orders and updates on the status of orders • Will use Outlook, Word and Excel, and learn SAP and Salesforce software systems • Gathering, tracking and reporting data
Pays around $13.00 an hour to start, but depending on skills and experience. Benefits are offered. Weekly work schedule of Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
