Provide ongoing hardware and software support for all technologies
Address help desk tickets and manage multiple priorities
Troubleshoot and resolve technology failures and document changes
Apply desktop updates, and configuration modifications to both PC’s and Mac’s
Support mobile devices, including Android and IOS
Architect and implement patch distribution management (desktop)
Ensure workstation operating systems have latest security updates
Remain on-call during off-peak hours to respond to support service issues
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
5 years of experience working in IT support, customer service and personal management and OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of Active Directory
Experience working with PC's, Mac's, desktop, laptop and mobile devices
Knowledge of networks, printers and peripherals
Ability to manage multiple high priority initiatives in a fast paced highly technical environment
Ability to clearly communicate and explain complex information to end users
