We are currently looking to hire a NOC Specialist- Level 1, who will be responsible for monitoring critical network operations of the client's infrastructure. In this role, you will be:
Monitoring client servers and respond to alerts by following processes and procedures, in a 24x7 environment
Proactively communicate alerts to clients and internal staff, while escalating to the appropriate team.
Troubleshoot and prioritize service incidents related to monitoring and NOC services.
Respond to any inquiries whether by phone or through email and facilitate to completion.
Ability and interest to work 4 10 hour days, shift from 3PM to 2AM, may include weekend and holidays if scheduled.
1+ years’ experience in a client facing support role
Completed AS or BS Degree in IT or related discipline
Ability to follow scripted technology questions and communicate effectively
Basic knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and software preferred
Any network monitoring tools skill preferred (SolarWinds)
