Position provides day-to-day technical support to employees for internal desktop software and hardware. A+ certification is a nice to have. Very user facing and trouble tickets are a combination of calls and tickets, primarily phone, deskside support.
Experience providing level 1 and 2 technical support for a global company
Experience using trouble ticket application/process (e.g. ServiceNow or similar)
Good end-user communication skills important
Primary skills include Windows 7/10, Office 2012/2016 and basic Active Directory administration
Experience applying software loadset to desktop/laptop computers important (e.g. Lenovo Thinkpad, Dell)
1-3 years’ experience supporting PC hardware and software issues, working in a corporate/enterprise setting
Experience working with all levels of business up to executive level
Strong customer service skills and communication
Familiar with ticketing systems and following standardized processes and protocols, applying standard imaging
