We are a collaborative team that is passionate about engineering excellence and in support of our continued growth, we are seeking an Account Manager for our team. The Account Manager:
Drives the growth of the Firm through identification and engagement of current and prospective clients, with an end goal of engaging Rivers Agile as their consulting firm of choice.
Sources prospective clients through referrals, networking, social media, internet research, sales leads and direct contact.
Prepares and presents professional services proposals.
Schedules and conducts clients meetings to introduce new clients to the value of Rivers Agile, with an end goal of engaging them to utilize our professional services.
Supports the internal industry or solution-specific marketing campaigns and events.
Provides exceptional customer service to our clients.
7+ years of Sales, Account Management, or related experience
Education and experience with managing Sales processes and client relationships in Fortune 1000 companies
Experience in developing key multi-million dollar accounts, preferably accounts $5+MM
Demonstrated management skills and the ability to work effectively to build relationships with executive management, department managers and project managers
Experience with successfully presenting highly-technical products and service offerings
Experience making formal and informal presentations to senior and executive management and key stakeholders
Passion for sales and business development, proven sales excellence, preferably within the local market
Solid work history within past roles and ability to close sales
Ability to successfully communicate in a positive and enthusiastic manner
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
BA/BS Degree preferred
