In this role as CRM Systems Analyst, you will provide technical support and expertise in the utilization of ERP and CRM related systems. You will consult with end users of business systems to analyze, define, develop and implement user needs for the CRM and related systems.
Requirements and Background
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Marketing, or related Business Administration field
MS Dynamics Certification
At least 3 years of related, systems analyst experience
Knowledge of CRM applications and tools required
Visual Basic, Java script and SQL knowledge
Knowledge of IIS and web technologies;
Strong quantitative skills
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
