Our client, a growing, established software consulting company, has an immediate need for a Ruby on Rails Developer to join in on several high-profile projects. The focus of the work will be development, writing code, and documenting functionality for both web and mobile solutions.

Execute full lifecycle software development
Write well designed, testable, efficient code
Perform code reviews
Participate in brainstorming sessions
Work with the team to understand end-user requirements, formulate use cases, and then translate that into a pragmatic and effective technical solution
Dive into difficult problems and successfully deliver results on schedule
4+ years of related experience
Excellent knowledge of relational databases and ORM technologies
Experience developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (Angular 1 and Ruby on Rails)
Familiarity with software development methodology and release processes
Experience with agile methodologies and working in a team environment
BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant subjects
