Our client is in need of a Help Desk Support Specialist who is fluent in English and French!
Assist customers with operation issues and system malfunctions.
Answer questions related to system procedures, on-line transactions, system status and downtime.
Relays messages sent to or received from customers to appropriate area for resolution in a timely manner.
Keep abreast of all changes to the operating systems or software programs that affect customers.
Document correspondence with customers
Prior experience working in a help desk and/or customer service role
Solid bilingual communication (oral and written) skills in French and English.
Customer orientated, enthusiastic, courteous, assertive and motivated to take charge of both customer engagement and problem resolution
