This position requires direct interaction with potential clients & decision makers by phone/email. Business Development Manager will be responsible for conducting client research & lead generation.
Recruit new clients to Decision Resources, Incorporated via a mixture of cold calling, warm leads, and use of social media
Achieve goals and metrics as outlined by sales management
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified, prospective clients
Update client data and communications within CRM
The ideal candidate will possess:
College Degree in Business or related field
2+ years professional sales/work experience
Experience with cold calling, prospecting, and consultative sales techniques
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to exhibit a positive, friendly and helpful attitude with clients and to be sensitive to their needs
Strong commitment to customer service
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
