This isn’t your typical customer support job. Our Customer Success Specialists take a proactive approach to keeping our customers happy. They educate clients and solve issues head-on, helping clients use our software to meet their goals.
Start Date: January 2019
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Provide superior technical support to Innovative’s clients on issues related to software/product functionality
Create and develop SQL scripts and other custom software processes
Assist technical consultants on the Professional Services team with software installations, migrations, and change orders.
Help write knowledge-based articles and other support documentation to educate our clients
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical/STEM concentration
Experience with SQL databases and SQL programming language
Highly analytic with strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able and willing to work flexible shifts and be on call after hours in customer support rotation as needed
IT’S A PLUS IF YOU HAVE
Skill with Windows, Unix, and Linux operating systems
Experience with batch scripting
Server side testing experience with Web Service
Proven interest or experience in customer/product support
Fluency in other languages
