SUMMARY Butler based financial institution is in need of an Administrative Coordinator.
Acting as the first point of contact in a busy planning and investments department, the Administrative Coordinator will oversee a diverse range of functions from greeting and directing clients to organizing and coordinating schedules and meetings.
This historic institution has a strong reputation and offers a wonderful, employee friendly environment. This job is 20 hours per week, with a daylight Monday - Friday schedule. There is expected to be a full time opening in this department next year, if this person wants to go full time (but that is not a requirement). Pays $13.00 – $15.00/hr. depending on experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES • Answer phones and greeting clients; answer general queries and / or direct to appropriate person. • Prepare correspondence and communications. • Maintain client records, files, and financial reports. • Schedule appointments, meetings, and annual client reviews. • Schedule and coordinate financial seminars, annual dinners, and other presentations. • Other administrative duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS • 2 years of experience in a professional office setting and in a support role. • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, accuracy and organizational skills. • Excellent communication skills. • Career oriented. • Able to use new technologies and understand computer software. • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.
