SUMMARY This is a newly created position due to growth, in a corporate office in Gibsonia. This person will work alongside the Executive Assistant to the CFO. The Administrative Assistant will respond to a wide variety of requests from the CFO and his managers. He/she needs to be able to interact professionally with executive management, attorneys and financial advisors.
This is full time, with a Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm work schedule. We would consider a candidate that wants 25-40 hours per week, but will need to be able to work some hours every day over 5 days. Pay rate expected to be in the $14.00 - $15.00 an hour range to start.
POSITION Responsibilities include: • Answering phones; assisting callers and visitors; transferring calls • Managing calendars; appointments and meetings • Creating documents and correspondence and sending them out • Managing data, gathering and inputting data and creating reports • Uploading and filing documents. Both electronic and paper filing • Sending out information using email and mail merge • Proof reading and assembling financial reports • Creating copies, folders and organizing documents
REQUIREMENTS • Proficient with, MS Outlook, and Word. Will need a basic knowledge of Excel • Detail oriented • Able to process a lot of information and documents • Professional communication skills • Able to handle a fast paced environment • Ability to take direction and run with it • Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
