Chorus Call seeks an individual to perform a variety of duties related to the successful operations of a video conferencing center.
Taking video reservations
Conducting site certifications
Setting up and managing conferences
Going onsite to support a video event
Working with the satellite offices to coordinate high profile events
Establishing a good rapport with customers
Interacting well with other departments
Handling customer service issues
Monitoring and troubleshooting line and terminal problems
Bachelor’s Degree; preferably IT –related
3-5 years’ experience in a help desk or technical environment preferred
