create robust sourcing strategies that will attract the best and the brightest.
Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
4-7 years of technology recruiting and full lifecycle recruiting experience (working with candidates and clients)
Agency and/or corporate recruiting background
Direct sourcing experience
Ability to build pipelines of candidates
Solid communication skills
Ability to prioritize their time, demonstrate push back and a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service.
Must have strong computer and internet searching skills
