Service Coordinator serves as a liaison between the services team, management, and clients to ensure high levels of customer service and business productivity. They are responsible for scheduling services consultants for client projects, matching skillsets to requests and coordinating availabilities. They work to establish, build and maintain customer relationships through proactive communication from time of request thru delivery.
Typical activities include:
Provide support to our clients by responding to incoming phone calls, emails, and other inquiries, in a timely manner.
Schedule resources for assigned engagements.
Communicate client feedback to the services and sales teams in order to develop processes to better serve our clients.
Utilize our ERP application (SyteLine/CloudSuite Industrial) to track customer projects and consultants’ reported time and expenses.
Facilitate business partner relationships by coordinating joint projects, establishing contacts, assisting with processes and enforcing contract terms
Maintain skills matrix for consultants
Support process improvements and projects
Gain knowledge of DRI’s products and services.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Communication, or related field
3+ years of customer service or project support experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Deadline and detail-oriented with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
