Our client has an IMMEDIATE, entry-level opening for a Help Desk Technician with Active Directory knowledge, knowledge of PC and printer support and excellent customer service skills.
The Help Desk Technician will field hardware and software related issues via phone, providing remote support and on-site as required.
Technical Certificate or Degree
Internship experience in help desk role
Active Directory experience
Experience working with clients on support issues
Experience with PC/Printer repair and fixes
