The Audio Conference Specialist will process and maintain conference reservations; set up and manage both audio and video conferences
Bachelors Degree required, preferably in a technical discipline
Background in Teaching or Help Desk support is a plus.
Must have 2-3 years of professional work experience.
Strong communication and phone skills
Strong customer service capabilities
Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
Windows PC and Microsoft Office skills required
Internet, network and other technical skills are preferred.
Bilingual capabilities (Spanish and English)
