The selected candidate will be joining the Cyber Compliance department. Among the many responsibilities in this position, one primary focus will be performing security vulnerability assessments across a wide range of IT/OT systems, including applications, wireless and wired networks, web services, cloud solutions, industrial control systems, etc.
The candidate should have significant experience in operational technology and feel comfortable in a manufacturing environment, as a large portion of the assessments will be focused on industrial control systems.
In addition, the candidate should feel comfortable evaluating IT/OT products against Cybersecurity standards and be capable of managing and tracking any weaknesses identified.
The candidate will serve as a liaison and advisor to information technology and process control areas on best practices for securing their systems.
Experience with various vendors and types of ICS and SCADA equipment, including PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and network protocols
Experience completing cybersecurity assessments based on frameworks such as NIST 800-53/800-82
Experience maintaining an Enterprise Information System in compliance with the Risk Management Framework as outlined in NIST SP 800-37
Experience evaluating IT/OT for compliance with security best practices
Experience advising information technology and process control areas on how to best secure their systems
Experience with RSA Archer or other Governance Risk and Compliance Tools
Experience with 3rd party risk management
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Relevant security certifications such as Global Industrial Cybersecurity Professional (GICSP), Certified SCADA Security Architect (CSSA), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certification
