Our client is in need of an IT Support Specialist for a short-term 3 month contract.
In this role, you will assist with an office location move and with upgrading of software from Windows 7 to Windows 10. You will also assist in resolving other PC, software and hardware related issues as needed.
he ideal Technical Support candidate will have the following background:
Associate Degree in related technical area or equivalent work experience
6 months+ experience working in a Help Desk or Technical Support role
Experience resolving basic printer issues
Ability to troubleshoot iPhone and iPad issues
Experience troubleshooting Windows 7 and 10
Ability to troubleshoot issues with Office 2010 and 2016 products (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent communication skills
Solid critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
