System Administrator will maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware and networks. The System Administrators goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.
We are looking for someone who should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users. Responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining network equipment, including routers, firewalls, switches, Cisco Phone System, and access points. Manages corporate email system, user accounts, and co-located web services as well set up work stations. Deploys and maintains all VOIP services for all locations. This position requires the immediate response to system outages and emergencies via remote access or on-site assessment. Must have knowledge of Cisco solutions, Microsoft OS. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is a bonus.
