SUMMARY This is the opportunity to join a growing HR benefits provider and grow with them. This person will support the client accounts by processing documents for benefits enrollment and renewal. If this person was interested in a promotion, this job can lead to an account management role. This position is in the Wexford, PA corporate office.
POSITION Responsibilities include: • Gathering information and applications for client employees for benefits. • Following up on missing information. • Sending employee information to insurance carriers. • Sending policy documents to customers. • Obtaining quotes for new business from carriers. Prepare and send out quotes. • Updating client accounts in the database.
Weekly work schedule of Monday - Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Pays $15.00 – $17.00 an hour to start; with room for growth based on performance. Benefits are offered.
REQUIREMENTS • A minimum of 2 years of office experience. • Excellent customer service skills. • Microsoft Word and Excel skills. • Good communication and problem solving skills. • Good organizational skills and attention to detail. • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
