Acting as a key business partner to various functions within and external to HR, you’ll leverage your extensive systems knowledge to support and synchronization of our Workday-powered HR Technology platform to define, configure, develop and present solutions to improve our HR business processes and security across the PPG business landscape.
Integrating a centralized HR Technology platform across a footprint as large as PPG’s is no small feat. We’ll look to your expertise to help us assess the impact and feasibility of any configuration or business process changes and their impact on Workday, security, and/or integrations. You’ll gain valuable hands-on experience working in a number of applications and a variety of business processes. It makes for a fast-paced, high-energy work environment where you will be continually challenged and encouraged to excel.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience and technical training
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in systems analysis, design, development, and implementation
Interpersonal skills to work with all levels of employees and act as a mentor to less experienced employees
Functional domain experience in Human Capital Management (Core HR, Compensation, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Absence) required.
Prior experience with Workday is required including extensive experience configuring Workday Business Processes (Validation Rules, Condition Rules, Notifications, etc.
Workday certification is a plus
Proven ability to design and maintain Workday security
Workday certification is preferred
