SUMMARY Corporate headquarters in Warrendale, PA requires an Administrative Assistant that will provide support to several departments.
Full time weekly work schedule of Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
POSITION Responsibilities include: • Schedule meetings and events • Coordinate travel • Gather information and submit expense reports for travel • Order supplies for all departments • Covering for other admins and receptionist when necessary
REQUIREMENTS • Administrative experience. Experience making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings and creating expense reports • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to change • Self-starter • Pleasant and professional • A team player • Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills • Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
